Julio Castillo currently attends the West Jefferson Campus of the Louisiana Technical College in New Orleans where he serves as President of the Student Government Association and is pursuing a degree in residential electricity to complement a second career in real estate investments.  Castillo previously had a successful 22-year career in the Banking and Oil industries.  Castillo is also a graduate of Delgado Community College and Loyola University. His immediate goals are to dedicate time and efforts to strengthen the LCTCS and Region 1 of the Louisiana Technical College.
