Tommy Clark serves as the at-large member of the LCTCS board. He is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Walton Construction Company, a multi-state professional services firm, and the owner of Clark & Associates, a consulting firm in Shreveport. Clark is currently the chairman of the I-49 North Funding and Feasibility Task Force and a member of the Louisiana Investment in Infrastructure for Economic Prosperity Commission, the Military Affairs Council and the Rotary Club of Downtown Shreveport. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the following entities: Sci-Port Discovery Foundation, Bossier Chamber of Commerce, Red River Council of International Trade and Associated General Contractors.

Mr. Clark was appointed to the Board on June 11, 2007 and his service end date is July 1, 2011.
