Stephen Smith is owner, officer and project manager for T. Baker Smith & Son, Inc., a civil engineering, land surveying and environmental services firm based in Houma. He is also an owner and officer of the graphic services company Houma Reproduction and Map, Co. He holds law and accounting degrees from Louisiana State University and is a former member of the Houma Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce, South Central Industrial Association and Bayouland YMCA. Smith has served on the LCTCS Board since 2003, and previously served two consecutive terms as first vice chair (’06-’08) and second vice chair (’04-’06).

Mr. Smith was appointed on February 12, 2003 and his service end date is July 1, 2009.
