On Monday, September 17th, 2008, Louisiana schools and colleges will join students from around the nation to celebrate the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution. Recently, Congress passed legislation that requires schools receiving federal funding to prepare an educational program about the U.S. Constitution each September 17.
