These are characteristics that lead to successful l
eadership capabilities within one's current position or as he/she ascends within an organization.
Employee Eligibility
This program is open to full-time employees, including faculty (on at least 60% release time for the duration of the program), professional support staff, and administrators. This program is an intensive commitment, so employees who are recommended should have supervisory support of the time commitment required. In addition, it is mandatory that nominated staff make the commitment to attend the entire Leadership Development Institute. There will be approximately 25 participants in each leadership class. Missing one meeting without receiving advanced approval, is grounds for the termination of an individual's participation in the LDI.
