It is no secret that ISC Constructors is committed to the community and industry that it serves.
In March of 2016, the Baton Rouge Business Report named Eddie Rispone, ISC’s chairman and co-founder, as the 2016 Businessperson of the Year. Rispone has cultivated an organization that not only demonstrates excellence in its provision of engineering, construction, and maintenance services throughout the region, but also exhibits true stewardship of its resources.
Founded in 1989 in Baton Rouge, ISC Constructors has 2,500 employees with offices located in Baton Rouge, Beaumont, Houston, and Lake Charles.
ISC Constructors is a service provider to the region’s chemical processing, petrochemical, refining, power, and pulp & paper industries, and has consistently hired graduates from Baton Rouge Community College’s (BRCC) Industrial Skilled Crafts programs. ISC also works closely with BRCC faculty and staff to help develop and maintain strong, industry-based curriculums that serve both the student and their future employers.
“When our students succeed, our communities succeed,” said Charlie Freeburgh, vice chancellor for Workforce Development at BRCC. “We are grateful to have ISC as a partner committed to those same values.”
As part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System celebration of 50 Businesses in 50 Days, BRCC is proud to honor ISC Constructors as a true ally in the college’s commitment to student success.
