Louisiana's Community and Technical Colleges

Ternium USA. Inc. and Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) have partnered throughout the last couple of years through both the Louisiana Workforce Commission’s Incumbent Workers Training Grant Program (IWTP), and the C4M graduating classes in the workforce development area, to bring quality training to Ternium’s current and future workforce.

“The partnership between BPCC and Ternium creates an excellent opportunity for our company to hire a better class of employees as well as providing training for the group of employees we currently have,” says Marianne Welton, human resources for Ternium. “We have recently launched our new career path and are working closely with the instructors at BPCC to allow our employees to complete the necessary course of training and move forward in their careers here at Ternium.”
