  1. When and where will the 2021 Annual Conference be held?
    The conference will take place November 1-3, 2021 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel. This year we are offering a hybrid approach to the conference. Attendees will be able to choose either a virtual or in-person option.
  2. Who participates in the Annual Conference?
    Both LCTCS employees and partner agencies are invited to attend. LCTCS employees work in every area across their campuses – from academic faculty to student services, from Chancellors and Directors to facility managers, the spectrum is wide.  Partner agencies include state agencies that work directly with our System, partner colleges and universities, vendors and individuals interested in the mission of community colleges.
  3. What are the registration options? 
    This year we are offering 2 registration types, LCTCS Attendees and Non-LCTCS Attendees.  If you are an employee of the LCTCS or one of the LCTCS colleges, please select LCTCS Attendee when registering.
  4. How much are registration fees for the Annual Conference? 
    This year we are offering 3 difference Conference Experiences!  Listed below are the fees related to each. See the "Conference Experiences" section on this page for more detials.
  • In-Person - fees range from $50-$299
  • Virtual Premium - fees range from $50-$299
  • Virtual Basic - Complimentary
  1. What are the registration deadlines and cancellation policies? 
  • Early Registration closes on October 1.  Regular Registration opens October 29.
  • Conference registration is non-transferrable
  • No refund for cancellations received Oct 2 or later

    Beginning June 2021, you can go to the LCTCS Annual Conference registration information web page and click on the Register Now option.
  2. How do I select my breakout sessions?
    The complete list of breakouts will be launched closer to the event date. More details will be provided in upcoming weeks.
  3. I am a conference presenter, do I need to register?
    Yes, all presenters are required to register.
  4. Who should I contact about becoming a conference exhibitor?
