Pamela Williams is a dynamic student leader, national officer, and advocate for equity and empowerment in education. A proud resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana, she serves as the Executive President of the Student Government Association at Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) and holds the esteemed position of 2024–2025 SkillsUSA National Officer College/Postsecondary Division President, representing more than 440,000 career and technical education members across the nation.

Pamela is a graduate of Bogalusa High School and recently earned her Associate Degree in Technical Studies (Early Childhood Education) from NTCC, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her academic excellence is matched by her commitment to leadership, reflected in her membership in the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

She brings a bold and authentic student perspective to system-wide policy and governance. Guided by purpose, Pamela is passionate about creating opportunities, uplifting underserved communities, and inspiring the next generation of changemakers. Her leadership is rooted in service, driven by faith, and fueled by the belief that students should not only have a seat at the table—but a voice that shapes the future.

Ms. Williams will serve as a student representative on the LCTCS Board of Supervisors during the 2025-2026 term.
